Cancellation Policy – M. Ariel Studios At M. Ariel Studios, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for my time, the following policy is in place: Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations made before the 24-hour window may transfer the deposit one time only to a new appointment. - Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows Clients who cancel the same day or do not show up will forfeit their deposit and will have to reschedule. Late Arrivals A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. After this time, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and the deposit will be forfeited. Emergency Situations I understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate as soon as possible, and accommodations may be made at my discretion. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
